Healthy Meatballs

Nutritional benefits: These tasty meatballs are full of nutrition, such as iron, selenium, zinc and essential vitamins. This will be a healthy addition in your dairy free diet.

Prep Time:1 hour 45 minutes

Serving size: 10

Ingredient list:

• Ground mutton: 1 pound

• Egg: 1

• Cranberry sauce (jellied): 8 ounce

• Water: 2 Tbsp.

• Brown sugar: 1 Tbsp.

• Chili sauce: ¾ cup

• Bread crumbs: ½ cup

• Lime juice: 1 ½ juice

• Minced onion: 3 Tbsp.

Directions:

Start your work by preheating your oven to almost 350 degrees F. Take a bowl to mix egg, water, mutton, bread crumbs and onion. Mix them well and roll as many small meatballs as you can.

Bake these meatballs for only 20 – 25 minutes in your preheated oven and turn only once.

Meanwhile, in a large cooking pan, pour lemon juice, brown sugar, chili sauce and cranberry sauce to make a blend on low heat. In this blend, you have to add all meatballs and let them simmer for only one hour before serving.
